Emmy Andersson - Walk-in-Closet/Walking-Closet

The collection is concerned with the transformation of the closet from a private, almost secret space, to a place to show off, similar to an art gallery. The transition of the closet to the body is explored, mixing spatial and corporeal thinking.
The complete modern wardrobe is the well organized walk-in closet. Has this itself become more important than its content?

What happens if the closet is the starting-point in fashion design instead of the human body? What would it look like if the garments were constructed to fit both the human body and the shapes of this storage?
The closet and it's content become inseparable hybrids and consequently the human body shape becomes less important and defined.
