Three new Senior Lecturers at the Fashion Program

Pär Engsheden, Marie O’Connor and Christian Lippich are new lecturers at the Fashion Program.

Pär Engsheden will be teaching fashion design. He studied at the Fashion Program at Beckmans College of Design between 1988-1991. He has been designing his own collections since 1996 but currently works mainly with haute couture. Pär has been a guest lecturer and tutor at the college since 1994.

Designer and illustrator Marie O'Connor is new Senior Lecturer in fashion textiles. With a textile degree from Glasgow School of Art and Royal College of Art in London she now spends her time between London and Stockholm. In her own design, she creates surprising interplays between the body and clothing, image and reality and scale and distance. She has previously taught graphic design, illustration, fashion and textile at several art colleges in England, among them Camberwell College of Arts, London College of Communication och Chelsea College of Art&Design.

Christian Lippich will be teaching fashion design and collection structure. He also works at Tiger of Sweden where he is responsible for the design of Tiger Man. Following a fashion degree from the Swedish School of Textiles in Borås he studied a Masters degree at Royal College of Art in London. He has also worked in Europe and the United States for several years.
