Students at Beckmans won gold in Young Directors in Cannes

Philippe Tempelman and Christian Zubicky, both in Advertising and graphic design 1, won gold for their film Stop the street violence in this year's advertising film festival in Cannes.

The film was produced for the project Stop the Street Violence, and is one of six films that the students in Advertising and graphic design 1 produced for the project. All of the films were shown for the first time on February 10 in the Stockholm City Hall.

Young Directors Awards was establishd in 1979 and is the Commercial Film Producers of Europe's way of boosting young talents within its industry.
