The Harvest

About the project

We don’t inherit the earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children. That basic tenant is the foundation for this collection, where ardent craftsmanship is reminiscent of a pre-industrial time in Sweden that has been lost. A time when farmers sowed their seeds as soon as melting snow glistened in the rivers in springtime. When fields were harvested while the pale autumn sun cast its long shadows over a pastoral landscape. The collection, The Harvest, is also a love letter to a childhood spent on a farmstead in Jämtland. A love letter that everyone who values high fashion – and who has grown tired of the throwaway culture we live in— ought to read.
